No. All of our products are TPO-free.
Shellac usually lasts about 2–3 weeks, while sculpted gel/acrylic sets often last around 3–4 weeks. Durability depends heavily on aftercare, work routine, water/chemical exposure, and daily use.
We cannot guarantee a fixed durability period because longevity mainly depends on aftercare, day-to-day handling, and the individual condition of natural nails/lashes. Installation or workmanship errors on our side are, of course, covered.
This includes visible application/workmanship issues shortly after treatment. Please contact us promptly so we can offer a fair correction.
Avoid using nails as tools, wear gloves for household/cleaning work, and apply cuticle oil regularly. This helps maintain the result longer.
Depending on growth and daily wear, we generally recommend a refill every 3–4 weeks.
Classic, Mascara Look, Volume, and Mega Volume are usually refilled every 2–4 weeks, depending on growth cycle and the fullness you want.
Classic is natural, Mascara Look appears darker and fuller, Volume gives a more dramatic fullness, and Mega Volume provides the most intense density.
Usually not necessary. If used, choose extension-safe, oil-free products and avoid rubbing during removal.

When removed professionally, risk is minimized. Please avoid peeling or force-filing products off at home to protect natural nails.

In many cases, yes. Please let us know in advance so we can adapt products and treatment as gently and individually as possible.

Please come without heavy product residue, avoid oily creams right before the appointment, and for lash treatments ideally arrive without eye makeup.
